In this tutorial you will be manipulating a picture and using photo touch up methods , the example in which we are using in this tutorial is a white set of teeth , we are going to manipulate them and turn them into a set of coffee stained and distorted teeth
The photo above is the one we are going to be using.
Step1: Copy and paste the image into photoshop , then zoom in
When you have zoomed in select the healing brush tool 
now select part of the womens teeth using this cool and hold down alt and drag it around , do this to all of the teeth
Now when you have finised that no select the burn tool and make the brush size about 9.pixels big. Then zoom into the picture ( the teeth ) and rub on the crown of each tooth and a little bit in the middle , and it will give a coffee stained look to the teeth
Add as much burn as you want to there teeth , remember the touch up tool and burn tool are 2 veru usefull features of adobe photoshop for retouching photos and manipulating them. here is what i got below.
